[TF/W Announce] TF/W goes to 11

This year's ToddFest/West is in the initial, but fast-track, planning stages.

We are investigating a couple of sites, but also want to look into 
some backup locations as well.

The Fest is tentatively (though fairly firmly) planned for Saturday, August 27.

If you or someone you know is interested in hosting on that date this 
year, please let us know ASAP.

The TF/W 11 web site (http://ToddFestWest./com) will open in a few 
days for signups, or you can respond to this message to indicate your 
desire to attend or host.
